   Concerns1234 - Its good that you have a half year Club Penguin membership. But a lot of penguins don’t have membership and this contest is for them. It is in giving and sharing. You can atleast participate just for the fun of it.

   If it is hand draw you need a scanner.
   You need to scan it in the scanner and that will copy it onto the computer to create a virtial image.
