Big and Small Screen Button

Its been that some penguins dont like the big screen in the default theme. So Theres only a option for some penguins can see the Small screen again! There are 2 buttons. They are Big and Small Button! When you are in Big Screen Mode you see Small Screen Button. And when you are in Small Screen mode you see a big screen button. Like these
